In the heart of the Laurentians, between mountains and valleys, and located about 30 minutes from Montreal, Le Domaine des Pays d’en Haut is a top destination for dining, outdoor activities, entertainment, connecting with nature, or experiencing thrilling emotions.
Three generations of builders
Founded by Arthur and Laurette Raymond in 1955, Le Domaine des Pays d’en Haut was initially known for its popular sugar shack and later for its sliding hills, under the name La Pente des Pays d’en Haut. In its early days, it had two slopes and a crossbow-style lift for wild tobogganing. Today, a leader in the sliding industry, the tradition continues through three generations. Les Glissades now offers 88 slopes of all levels, 15,000 lifts per hour, and 80 meters of vertical drop, covering three peaks with 13 snow ride areas on the same mountain. There are snow rides for all tastes, satisfying the most daring with our unique sliding products: Snow Bobsleigh, Vortex360, Snow Rafting, Tornado, and Tubing.
