At Le Domaine, we enjoy weaving original experiences as a common thread connecting our various attractions. For the past few seasons, an authentic La Cabane Arthur Raymond flavour has been making its way to the Halte-Resto of Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d’en Haut, giving visitors a warm taste of the sugar-shack season, even in the heart of winter!
Among the must-tries, La Cabane’s famous sugar pie proudly holds its place on the menu. Available whole for true sweet tooths, or by the slice for a quick treat, it is served with a delicious drizzle of maple syrup. And for those looking to bring a bit of tradition home, a limited quantity of our 2025 amber or dark maple syrup harvest is also available on site.
Fans of smoky flavours will be happy to find our renowned smoked jowls, offered directly at the Halte-Resto.
Feeling adventurous? Inspired by this signature product and now a crowd favourite, the Arthur Raymond poutine, available in regular or family size, combines cheese curds, gravy, and smoked jowls. Another decadent creation: the grilled cheese sandwich with cheese curds and smoked jowls, served on soft sandwich bread. Dishes that, on their own, are well worth a stop at the Halte-Resto.
