How to get to Les Glissades?

When does the sliding season begin and end?
We are proud to announce that thanks to our new generation snow cannons, we can now begin the sliding season earlier than ever! We are often the first to welcome sliders in the winter slide industry in Québec!
However, it is difficult to predict the exact opening date, as we depend on the weather. The openings of the different sectors are announced on our website and social media pages. In general, we open the Tubing slopes first, followed by the Rafting-Tornade slopes, and finally the Bobsleigh-Vortex360 slopes.
Les Glissades du Domaine des Pays d'en Haut reserves the right, without prior warning and without any compensation, to temporarily close access to the site, to certain sectors, or to certain slopes during regular opening hours due to safety concerns and/or seasonal changes. Warm spring temperatures will bring the snow season to an end. See our schedule.
It’s always best to check our website for details before your visit, as well as follow us on social media!
Do I have to buy a ticket to stay in the Chalet?
No. There is no need to buy a ticket to access the Chalet. An area for customers who aren’t sliding will also be available outside. However, it is obligatory to purchase a ticket to access the sliding and pedestrian areas. The ticket should be securely attached to your coat for easy visibility and access by employees during verification.
Can I purchase my tickets on site?
You have the option to buy your ticket online or on site. The earlier you buy online, the more you save! Planning up to 7 days in advance saves you $5 per ticket. By anticipating your outing up to 8 days or more, you save $10 per ticket. If you buy your ticket the same day online or on site, you will pay the regular price. Please note that if you wish to purchase your tickets on site and the maximum capacity of the site is reached, access may be denied.
Can I purchase my tickets over the phone?
No, you must purchase your tickets online or at the ticket office at the regular price.
If I purchased my tickets online, is it possible to change the date of my visit?
Yes, using your purchase confirmation email, you’ll have access to a link that lets you change the date or time of your visit. You must make the change before your scheduled date or on the day of your visit. With this link, you can postpone your visit; however, if you wish to move it to an earlier date, you’ll need to contact customer service. Additional fees may apply. All ticket sales are final, and price adjustments are not available.
The tickets is valid at all times during the 2025-2026 sliding season, from opening in November 2025 to the closing in March 2026.
If I have purchased the Tubing Experience and want to change to the Adrenaline Experience, can I do so online?
No, but you can present yourself at the ticket office with your confirmation email. We will make the change on site, and you will have to pay the difference.
If I purchased the Total Experience and I do not reach the required height, can I change my sliding experience?
Yes, you can make the change on site at the ticket office. The Bobsleigh des Neiges and the Vortex360 require a minimum height of 1.32m (52 inches). You cannot purchase the Total Experience if you are less than 1.32 m (52 in) tall. Measure your children without their helmet on and be sure to review your selection carefully before making your final purchase!
Can I be refunded if I can no longer come?
No, tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. There are no refunds for tickets. However, your tickets remain valid at all times throughout the 2024-2025 season. We suggest changing the date before, or on the day of your visit. You can do so by following the link provided in your confirmation email.
I never received my confirmation email and/or my tickets. What do I do?
The first step is to verify that the email is not in your junk mail. If you still have not received it, you can present yourself at our ticket office with your confirmation number and photo ID that you will find once your purchase is confirmed. If you do not have your confirmation number, we invite you to contact customer service.
I did not use my tickets last season. Are they still valid?
No. If you purchased your tickets during the 2024-2025 season and did not use them, you cannot use them during the 2025-2026 season. You will need to purchase a new ticket, as stated in the terms and conditions of sale that you accepted upon your original purchase.
Season Passes
How do I obtain my season pass once I have purchased it?
You must go to the Boutique on your first visit to Les Glissades in order for us to take your photo and issue your new season pass. You must present a photo ID, as well as the credit card used in the original purchase.
I have a season pass; do I still need to book a time slot?
No, but before sliding you still must go to the automatic ticket office at the main entrance near door #5 to scan your season pass. Then, you can make your way down the stairs and begin to slide.
I have a season pass; do I have to wait in line at the Ticket Office?
No, if you have already have your season pass with your photo, you can make your way to the automatic ticket office and start sliding!
Can I purchase a season pass with a debit card on site?

Mountain
Can children slide?
Yes, children accompanied by an adult have access to all slides that have no height restrictions. We recommend that children who slide be at least 18 months old. If the child, due to their size, cannot be adequately seated on the tube and their legs do not reach the person sitting in front of them, the child can slide sitting on their parents’ lap on the Tube or next to them in Rafting and Tornade. Please note that the Total Experience (Bobsleigh and Vortex260) and the Avalanche/Formule 1 Zones on the Tubing sector have a minimum height requirement of 1.32m (52 inches).
A ticket is required for any child entering sliding zones, pedestrian areas, or taking part in sliding. For safety reasons, we do not allow any babies or children to be carried in any type of baby carrier or backpack. Les Glissades attendants reserve the right to authorize or deny access to a child if the safety conditions, in their opinion, cannot be met.
My child has their season pass. Can I stay at the bottom of the slopes without a ticket?
No. To access the sliding area, you must have purchased a ticket. Only customers who have a ticket will have access to these areas. If you are accompanying your child and do not wish to purchase a ticket, you will have to wait in the outdoor area reserved for those who are not sliding or in the Chalet.
Are helmets mandatory?
The Bobsleigh and the Vortex360 require a helmet. They are provided by Les Glissades. In the case of the Bobsleigh, a full-face helmet is mandatory. The helmet is not mandatory for other snow rides and tubing, but it is highly recommended, especially for children. It is possible to rent them at the Boutique. Limited quantities.
Can I slide with boot spikes?
No. It is prohibited because boot spikes:
- Damage the slopes, which increases risks for everyone
- Can seriously injure other users in the event of a collision
- Are not designed for sliding. Snow can build up on them, eliminate traction, and cause violent falls
But don’t boot spikes improve grip? For alpine hiking only, on hard snow or ice, when walking. When sliding, they become unstable, unpredictable, and dangerous.
Are there less busy periods where the queues are shorter?
To avoid long queues at your favorite snow rides, plan your ride when there are less crowds. Your best choices: early in the morning or after 3 p.m. Please note that starting in January, we receive school groups on weekdays. In this case, the queues normally decrease after 1 p.m.
Note that the closing time for queues may come before the closing time for the rides. The ticket office and the Boutique may close earlier, depending on traffic during the season. The snack bar may also close earlier, depending on customer traffic.
A good idea is to start your day with the slides farthest from the main entrance and then work your way to the Tubing sector. The Rafting-Tornade and Bobsleigh-Vortex360 slopes open at 10 a.m. The Bobsleigh-Votrex360 side closes according to the schedule in effect. However, since the area isn’t lit, it may close earlier as it gets dark.
Save time by having your lunch or dinner outside of rush hours. You will be served faster! Use the UEAT app or kiosk to order on site to avoid queues.
Are dogs and other animals allowed?
Dogs and other animals are not permitted on site. Only guide and assistance dogs are permitted. They must wear a visible form of identification, such as a harness, badge, or scarf from the organization that trained them. For more information, please see the Limited Mobility section.

It is permitted to eat and drink inside the Chalet. You can bring your own lunch or order a snack-style menu at La Halte-Resto Versant-Soleil, the only on-site food option. Therefore, food and drinks from other restaurants are not permitted, and catering services are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding!

Limited Mobility
Are dogs and other animals allowed?
Dogs and other animals are not permitted on site. Only guide and assistance dogs are permitted. Your dog must be identifiable at all times. For security reasons, we may require the pet owner to provide the required documents attesting to their service dog or guide dog certification. Service animals are not pets or companion animals. The tasks that have been taught to the animals must be directly related to an individual’s disability (guide for the blind, alert those who are deaf, pull a wheelchair, calm a person suffering from post-traumatic stress, etc.). Animals whose only purpose is to offer comfort or emotional support are not considered service animals.
You must keep a distance from the slopes with your animal and must remain in the area identified for this purpose near the Chalet, where you and your dog will be safe. An employee of Les Glissades can show you this area. Under no circumstances should your animal be found on the lifts, on the slopes, installed on a tube and/or in a ride, or at the bottom of the slopes upon arrival and in the pedestrian zone. A companion from your group must be available to stay with the service animal while you slide.
Service animals must be kept on a leash and a harness, and under the control of their owner or a companion at all times. Individuals whose service animals demonstrate an aggressive or disruptive temperament towards a client or employee of Les Glissades will be asked to remove their animal from the site and the Chalet.
We ask owners to go to the parking lot for the relief of their pet. The owner is responsible for picking up their pet’s excrement using a bag and disposing of it properly in a trash can.
Are there any restrictions for people with limited mobility to access the site?
Yes. The entrance to the Glissades and the Chalet includes stairs. As the Chalet was built many years ago, it is not easily adapted for those with limited mobility. To access the site and the Chalet, we invite you to let the staff know that you are a person with limited mobility in order to access our facilities. No wheelchair rental on site.
Can people with reduced mobility slide?
Yes, but in order to be able to board a snow ride and slide, the person must be able to maintain the appropriate position, meet the requirements of the ride and be able to use the rides in an appropriate manner as indicated, including harnesses (Vortex360) and seat belts (Tornade and Bobsleigh).
Safety at Les Glissades is a priority. For this purpose, certain customers could be refused access to some snow rides if their safety is compromised because of their weight, their height, their reduced mobility or even if sliding cannot be carried out correctly. Contact us for any specific questions.
There is an inherent risk in the sport of sliding, so we expect that sliders will follow the mountain code of conduct, use their judgment, and act responsibly. Sliders must obey all verbal or written warnings on signs and use tubes and snow rides in a safe and proper manner. The operators reserve the right to authorize or refuse access to the slope if, in their judgment, the safety conditions cannot be met. Those who do not comply with the rules of Les Glissades may be expelled from the site without refund, exchange or compensation.
To enjoy your experience, start your day by visiting us at the ticket office or the Boutique. We will help you to compile a list of slides accessible to those concerned.
If you are in any doubt that your health may be at risk for any reason or that you could aggravate a pre-existing physical condition, DO NOT SLIDE. The size specifications, health requirements and restrictions for each type of slide are listed on site and near the slopes.
Are there parking spaces for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Spaces are reserved for people with reduced mobility in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis. A sticker or license plate for people with limited mobility must be displayed at all times. If the parking spots for those with reduced mobility is full when you arrive, you can be dropped off at the main entrance of the site.
Do you accept CAL and Accès 2 cards?
Yes, we accept CAL and Accès 2 cards. A barcode number, a photocopy, or a photo of the card are not sufficient. Les Glissades does not authorize the purchase of tickets online with these cards. 1 free ticket is offered to 1 companion upon mandatory presentation of the CAL or Accès 2 card on site.
A companion is an individual who accompanies a person with a disability and who helps them participate fully in activities by providing them with services that are not provided by Les Glissades employees.
