2025–2026 Season Recap: A Landmark Year Driven by Performance and Customer Experience
The 2025–2026 season stands out as one of the most remarkable in the history of the world’s largest sliding centre. Open to the public from November 15, 2025, to April 12, 2026, the site welcomed record attendance from both individual visitors, as well as school and corporate groups.
The exceptionally favourable weather conditions, marked by consistently cold temperatures and abundant snowfall, made it possible to maintain rapid slopes and ideal sliding conditions throughout the season. This greatly contributing to overall guest satisfaction and enjoyment.
A variety of offers helped build customer loyalty and attract new visitors, including season pass presales, programs tailored to school groups, and the Fanatik ticket. At the same time, a rigorous snowmaking plan, initiated as early as October, optimized snow production and ensured a timely and sustained opening of the facilities. This strategy also made it possible to extend access to certain areas later into the season, encouraging guests to combine sliding activities with the sugar shack. With the addition of new slopes, the site now offers a total of 90 slopes.
From a human resources perspective, early recruitment efforts allowed all positions to be filled while also building a strong pipeline of future staff. The organization was able to count on on dedicated teams who helped foster a work environment centred on collaboration, care, and excellence in customer service.
On-site entertainment was also enhanced with the addition of a DJ on Saturdays, as well as during peak periods such as the holiday season and spring break, adding a festive dimension to the overall experience. This season also marked the conclusion of Le Domaine’s 70th anniversary celebrations.
The organization’s expertise in hosting school groups was once again demonstrated through strong participation from educational institutions. The wide range of experiences offered from the Parc du Yéti to the Tubing, Adrenaline, and Total packages, met the diverse needs of younger guests.
Spring was highlighted by the opening of La Cabane Arthur Raymond on March 13, which proved to be highly successful. Strong attendance, including many fully booked periods, reflects the popularity of this warm and authentic dining experience. Renewing the combination of sliding activities with the sugar shack significantly extended the season. To support this, adjustments were made to snowmaking methods to keep key areas open longer, including the Rafting, Tornade, and the Parc du Yéti.
Maple production also exceeded expectations, both in volume and quality. The harvest yielded a full range of syrups: golden, amber, dark, and very dark, ensuring sufficient quantities to meet both current and future needs.
Overall, the season concludes on an extremely positive note, driven by the dedication of a committed team and the strong synergy between Le Domaine’s two signature attractions.
The organization would like to thank its loyal customers, who continue to show up year after year, as well as all employees whose commitment was essential to the success of this exceptional season.
